Your new job with us:
- You are generally responsible for telephone and written correspondence.
- You support the management in the coordination of appointments and processes and ensure a smooth daily routine.
- You prepare and follow up meetings.
- You research and maintain statistics and presentations using electronic data and documents and prepare them for the management.
- You are also responsible for travel planning, booking and expense accounting.
- You are the contact person (m/f/d) for all customers and colleagues and act as an interface to the management.
Your profile at a glance:
- You have a strong sense of time and self-management and the ability to keep an overview at all times.
- You are aware of your responsibility in dealing with confidential information and act discreetly and sensitively.
- Your German and English skills are at a business-fluent level.
- Your coordination and organisational skills are underpinned by your flexibility and high level of commitment.
- You are proficient in the use of common MS Office products and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Your way of working is structured, responsible and solution-oriented.
- Your ability to work in a team, your loyalty and your determination to learn round off your profile.
