We are an innovative fintech start-up based in Eschborn that develops smart financial solutions. To help us turn our vision into reality, we are looking for a Human Resources Manager (m/f/d) to build our HR department from the ground up, not only creating structures but also shaping our corporate culture. If you want to take on responsibility, successfully shape the recruitment process and drive HR processes forward with a modern approach, you’ve come to the right place.
Your tasks:
- Building the HR department: You develop and implement strategies, processes and tools that make our HR work efficient and sustainable.
- Recruiting & Onboarding: You manage the entire recruiting process and ensure that we find the right talent and integrate them optimally into the team.
- Culture and employee retention: You shape a positive corporate culture in which our employees feel comfortable and want to contribute in the long term.
- HR administration: From employment contracts to compliance – you keep an eye on the basics and ensure smooth operational implementation.
Your profile:
- HR experience: You already have several years of experience in HR, ideally in a start-up or a growing company.
- Hands-on mentality: You get things done, find pragmatic solutions and feel comfortable in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills: You can inspire people, explain processes clearly and present yourself confidently.
- Flexibility: You are willing to work in Eschborn and at the same time appreciate the possibility of working from home.
- Start-up experience: You know the challenges of growth and have the skills to support us.
- Language skills: You are fluent in written and spoken German and English.
