We are an innovative fintech startup based in Eschborn that develops smart financial solutions. To make our vision a reality, we are looking for an experienced Lead Software Engineer (m/f/d) to build and lead our technical team. Your tasks:

• Team building and leadership: Recruiting, leading, and developing a high-quality engineering team.
• Technical management: Defining and implementing development standards and best practices, especially in agile environments.
• Product development: Design and development of highly scalable, high-performance backend systems using Go (Golang).
• Cloud infrastructure: Setting up and maintaining our cloud infrastructure to support our applications.
• Mobile development: Leading the development of native mobile applications for various platforms.
• Compliance and security: Ensuring compliance with compliance guidelines and implementing cybersecurity measures in a regulated environment.
• Hands-on mentality: Active participation in development and problem solving in day-to-day business.

Your profile:

• Experience: Several years of experience in software development and managing engineering teams, ideally in fast-growing companies or startups—preferably even in a regulated environment.
• Technical expertise: In-depth knowledge of Go (Golang), cloud infrastructures, and native mobile application development.
• Leadership skills: Proven ability to recruit, lead, and motivate teams.
• Process understanding: Experience in implementing development standards, compliance processes, and cybersecurity measures. Proactive management and mitigation
  of risks.
• Language skills: Fluent written and spoken German and English.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work in Eschborn/Frankfurt with the option of working from home.
